I think the most relevant answer is D) 7 because if you look at the statistics in the above picture, it says Thailand has the highest concentration but it isn't there on the map. Next comes Cambodia followed by Myanmar followed by Bhutan followed by Sri Lanka and so on. None of these are marked on the map except for Tibet. Hence D) 7
