Answer:

Leucosolenia is a small, delicate branching, colonial marine sponge. It grows in shallow water below low tide mark on sea shore rocks where wave actions in intense and is not found in calm water. Leucosolenia is found abundantly along the northern Atlantic coast and is supposed to be very sensitive to external conditions.
