The area of a rectangle is 70cm² and it is 7m broad.
i)Find its length
ii)Find its perimeter.

here,

area of a rectangle =70cm *

breadth = 7m

we know,

area (a)=l×b

70=l×7

70=7l

70÷7=l

10=l

therefore, itslength is 10m

again,

perimeter (p)=2(l+b)

=2(10+7)

=2×17

=34cm

therefore, its perimeter is 34cm.
