FOIL 

Front term ( 15y) multiplied with the Last (4) then multiply the Front term (15y) with the Inside term (-17y). Now, multiply the other Inside term (-2) by the Last term (4) and the Inside term (-17).

Multiply each number by both of the other numbers in the other set of ( ).
