the most important resource for people of the plains is wood as in the plains there aren't many trees but tall grass there is much of and that grass include predators with camouflage and wood is needed for weapons and homes for safety
It might be wood (WOOD) cause wood can be used to make weapons, and home. ALOT of stuff is from WOOD!!!
