Music can make strangers bond together by having that same feeling or vibe that they both enjoy. For example: If I like rap and the other person likes pop we could both like Tyler, the Creator who does a mixture of that.
It can separate others because of someone doesn’t like that genre, they tend to stray from that person. For example: If I like Olivia Rodrigo and they don’t like her, they automatically would judge me because of what musical artist I would enjoy.
