I’ve actually had to do this. Speak to your professor! He/she may allow you to retake some tests to get higher scores, and also may give you insights on how to do this for your particular class. Good luck!
If you have any homework assignments or tests, try to get 100% on them. Those 100%'s will make your grade come up. (Your grade may even go up more than 5%:)
