Is it possible to prove that the triangles are congruent? If so, state the postualtes or theorems you would use.

Triangles can be congruent if they have the exact same length of 3 sides and same 3 angles. 
If you do not know all 3 sides and 3 angles, you can postulate using the SSS,SAS,AAS,ASA , which is just 
Side Side Side, Side Angle Side, Angle Angle Side... 
Side means 1 Same length side, Angle means 1 Same corresponding angle. 
e.g. ASA means 2 Same corresponding angle and 1 same corresponding side length.
