Question wants the point and since this is multiple choice, i will give you the easy way to do this question (there is a longer way better for longer answers)
Easy way is that we just add mx to the previous point. What this means is that we have a point (2,4) and the slope of the graph. So for every 1 in the x we go up 5 in the y. Since the point we want, 3, is 1 away we just add 5 to the y of the previous point. so the point is (3,9)
