Roots -2/3 and 5 Means X=-2/3 or X=5
Hence the equation would be
(X+2/3)(X-5)=0
(3X+2)(X-5)=0
[tex] 3X^{2} +2X -15X -10 = 0 [/tex]
Answer : [tex]3X^{2} -13X-10=0 [/tex]
