First: Plot a point at (-5,-2).
Then, from that point at (-5,-2), count "up 1 and right 3" to plot a second point. (This is based on the slope being 1/3.)
You can then either repeat that for a third point or just draw the line at that point between those two points.
Remember that slope is "rise over run".
