parallel lines have the same slope. every line that's parallel with your given equation will have a slope of 1/2.
your new line also needs to pass through the point (2, 0). you can use point-slope form to get to your new equation.
y - y1 = m(x - x1), in which m is your slope and (x1, y1) is a given point.
y - 0 = (1/2)(x - 2) ... distribute the 1/2 to the inside of your parentheses
y = 1/2x - 1 is your new line.
