note that it's not important if the minus sign is with the 2 or with the 5, it allows us to calculate
[tex] {32}^{2} [/tex]
first, and then take the 5th root from the solution
[tex] {1024}^{ \frac{1}{ - 5} } [/tex]
=
[tex] \sqrt[ - 5]{1024} = \frac{1}{4} [/tex]
