Y=Mx+c

Mx(slope)=y2-y1/x2-x1= 6-2/-5-3 =4/-8= 1/-2

C(y-intercept)= replace one of of the points here to find C

2=1/-2(3)+c, c= 2.5

Final answer > y=1/-2x+2.5
