The definition of barbaric is: “crude, uncivilized, or primitive. It's often used to describe things that are cruel or brutal in a way that’s uncivilized.” Now, a person who acts barbarically would be a person who doesn’t use their brain, they are savage, without education and that commits to brutal acts of violence without using compassion. They commit to violence in a sloppy manner.
