Bodybuilding is mostly about increasing strength. You get to create a stronger version of yourself. Lifting weights can not only change your body, but it can improve your health too. Aesthetics are secondary. Aesthetics do not prove your ability or strength. It is more concerned on how your body looks instead of getting stronger or more healthy.
