Very few people in general live in mountains or deserts. People always try to live near water, and almost everyone on Earth lives in a city or on a farm.
C is the answer because lot of Asians live New York and Texas which makes A not the answer and most live near coasts and delta because of the great water access especially if they own farms and so B is not the answer and so C is the answer.
