If slowing down is not a possibility then the logical thing to do would be to hit the man. While his life may be lost my friends and my own will most likely be saved. Also if another car were to come along after I drove off the cliff the man or the person driving the car would still most likely die since I couldn’t avoid it they wouldn’t be able to either.
