manipulation, because your not satisfied with what is already being given to you. so if your asking for more when you know that if they wanted to give you more, then they would have. but if your asking or something that you know they will say no to then thats a form of manipulation. but don't always take manipulation as a bad thing. because in some cases it can be used for a lot of good.
