if a line is parallel to another, they share a slope. in this case, x = -5 is a vertical line. the slope is undefined.
if x = -5 is your first line, that means EVERY other vertical line is parallel to it. x = 0 is parallel. x = 136 is parallel. if it's x = a number, it's parallel.
with that in mind, all you have to do is use the x value of your given point (-4, 4). a line x = -4 would be vertical and therefore parallel, and also cross through (-4, 4). x = -4 is your answer
