Is 214 degrees Celsius hot or cold also what is the temperature of Neptune as of how cold it gets?

Any positive number of Celsius is going to be above freezing. 0°C is the freezing point of water. 100°C is the boiling point of water. So 214°C is going to be extremely hot, as it is well above 400°F which is around the temperature many ovens use to cook food. 

As for Neptune, what I could find out is the the surface is around negative 200°C which is extremely cold.
