so pretty much like ethan has an amount of tomatoes, x, and zachary has some tomatoes too, y.
so the expression i made is 2.5x - 10 = y because zachary has 2.5 times the amount ethan has and then zachary gets rid of 10 tomatoes and is left with a number of tomatoes, y.
