The period of the Renaissance was a time that many new things were introduced and began to grow in popularity like architecture, art, writing, sciences, etc. Leonardo was an inventor, mathematician, sculptor, painter, architect, scientist, musician, and engineer. He was also a literary buff. He studied anatomy, geology, astronomy, botany, writing, history, and cartography. All of which played a major part in the Renaissance period.
