y-y1=m(x-x1)
y+6 = -3/4(x -2)
y + 6 = -3/4x + 6/4
y = -3/4x + 6/4 - 6
y = -3/4x + 3/2 - 6
y = -3/4x + 3/2 - 4 4/2
y = -3/4x + - 4 1/2
y = -3/4x - 9/2
