You go left to right so.. first you multiple the 5 by the 0 (in 10) and get 0. Put that zero in the second place (by second place I mean like in the number 12, 2 would be the ‘second place’) then you multiply the 5 by the 1 (in the 10) and get 5 (put the five in the first place, ex: the 1 in 12).. if that makes sense you should get 50
