answer: 49
to find g^-1 switch the x and y and solve for y
y = 1/7x - 1
x = 1/7y - 1
x + 1 = 1/7y
7(x+1) = y

g^-1 = 7(x+1)
g^-1 (6) = 7(6+1) = 7(7) = 49
