how I did it 68 x .15= 45.33333 rounded = 4.53
68 + 4.53 = 72.5 then I added a 0, 72.50
is 72.50 the answer?

Answer:

15% of $68 is $10.2

$68 + $10.2 = $78.2

The retail price is $78.20
