i think that it would be good because it has proof of what wveryone says so they cant say that tgey said something different or that they didnt plead guilty
It wouldn’t be ethical for private family cases. Children don’t need to feel exposed at a young age. It wouldn’t be ethical for custody control. It would be exploiting the family’s private matters. I would propose a camera be provided in courtrooms if the accused distribute manipulative or illegal tendencies.
