Answer is : If I were a principle, I would make student's and teacher's chairs more comfortable. I would make sure that all the students did their homework by giving them homework they might enjoy more while still learning, and extend the due dates. I would also make school hours switch from coming in at 8 every day you would come in at 10 every other day and 8 on the off days.
