I believe the answer is 2.6 because when rounded to the nearest tenth, anything 5 or greater will make the 6 increase to a 7. Anything 4 or lower will not make the 6 increase and all the numbers to the right of the 6 are turned to zeros. Hope I didn't confuse you!
