x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) + (x + 3) = 54
4x + 6 = 54
4x = 54 - 6
4x = 48
x = 48/4
x = 12

x + 1 = 12 + 1 = 13
x + 2 = 12 + 2 = 14
x + 3 = 12 + 3 = 15

so ur 4 integers are : 12, 13, 14, 15
