What is 0.375 as a reduced fraction? I don't get these problems. Thx

First you have to put it into fraction form. .375=375÷1000. So then you would simplify 375/1000. You would then find the biggest factor you can that go into both 375 and 1000 which is 125. You then divide both 375 and 1000 by 125 and it would then simplify down to 3/8.
