Answer: no

because when (4;5) is a solution to 2y - 3x = -7

=> 2y - 3x = -7 passes through (4;5)

but when x = 4; y = 5 => 2.5 - 3.4 = -2 (unreasonable)

=> (4;5) isnt a solution
