The slope intercept form of the first equation is y=3x+10. If the question asked standard form it is 3x-y=-10. If the question asked to solve for x, x=y/3-10/3.
The slope intercept form of the second equation is y=-1/3x+5/3. The equation is in standard form. If the question asked to solve for x, x=5-3y. A graph of both of these equations is below.
