Some people think it’s not important to set goals, while others disagree. It’s important to set goals because it’s pushes yourself to work harder and makes life’s easier.

Setting goals gives you a will power to do what is important. It makes you aware of your actions and efforts and gives you determination to complete a task. When you set a goal there is more of a drive and effort behind the actions you take towards your work. It builds better time management skills.
