the population of a town is decreasing at a rate of 1. 1 % each year if there are 3,000 in the town right now how many people will be living in the town in 10 years? please help me

3000 x 1.1%  = 33

each year there are 33 less people living in town so in 10 years: 33 people x 10 yrs = 330

3000 - 330 = 2670 people
