Find the equation of a line parallel to y=−2x+4 that contains the point (−2,−5). Write the equation in slope-intercept form.

y=-2x-9, because the slope needs stay the same to be parallel and -2x-2 is 4 so to get -5 you have to subtract 9 from 4
