Figure out how many cups of sugar are in 1/3 cup flour: 9/4÷2= 9/4÷1/2= 1 1/8. Multiply by 3: 1 1/8x3= 9/8x3/1= 27/8= 3 3/8. 3 and 3/8 cup of sugar for 1 cup flour. :)
