Hello, the product of the roots is

[tex]\dfrac{3p}{2}[/tex]

So, if there are reciprocal roots, their product is 1, and then

[tex]\dfrac{3p}{2}=1<=> p=\dfrac{2}{3}[/tex]

Thank you
