I think that it’s getting at what’s the probability of getting each color. By doing that you add up all the colors and say if you have 3 blue 4 pink 2 yellow and 6 red that 15. And say your trying to fine the probability of getting a blue you would take 3/15 by 0/100. Multiple 3 by 100 then divided it by 15. And there you go you get you percentage. Hope this helped.
