Answer:

f(x)=4x^2 and g(x)=-8x^2 + 4x - 4

(f+g)(x) =  -8x^2 + 4x - 4 + 4x^2 = -4x^2 + 4x - 4 = -4(x^2 -x + 1)

(f+g)(-3) = -4( -3^2 -(-3) + 1) = -4 x 13 = -52
