Maximum heart rate (MHR) is the fastest rate at which your heart will beat in one minute. A formula for calculating MHR is :  MHR=206.9 - (0.67 x age)

So, it follows that the maximum heart rate for a 35-year-old is 206.9-(0.67*35)= 206.9-23.45=183.45 This means that the correct answer is B. The maximum heart rate for a 35-year-old is 183.5 .
