Equality between the sexes shaped human society through allowing the same opportunities for women as for men, which includes education and paid employment. Family size will most likely decrease due to women not starting a family until later in life with smaller families because of education and paid employment being time consuming. Population growth will slow as well as resource depletion because of the opportunities and skills being combined with access.
