It depends on where you're buying. If you are purchasing it from a place where there's sales tax, then you could only buy 9, because you take the cost of everything and times it by .006 and add that back to the cost ex. $1.00 • .006 + 1.00 = $1.06. However, if you don't have to take sales tax into account you can purchase 10 and have some (Approximately $0.20) change left over.
