radius = diameter/2 = 7.5/2 = 3.75
circumference = 2 pi r
 = 2 (3.14) (3.75)
 = 23.56

Circumference of circle = πd,    where d = diameter.

C =  π*7.5 = 7.5π ≈ 23.56

C ≈ 23.56
