So x = 0.1 m

Spring force will be given by [tex]F=Kx[/tex]

This force will be equal to weight of the object

So [tex]mg=kx[/tex]

So [tex]m=\frac{Kx}{g}=\frac{100\times 0.1}{9.8}=1.020kg[/tex]

So mass of the object will be 1.020 kg
