In order to safely aid traffic flow, you should never drive in another vehicle's blind spot, or try to change lanes without checking in every way possible whether its safe. You should keep a safe distance from the car in front of you, and switch lanes only when safe and one at a time. You should not brake unexpectedly unless absolutely necessary or to avoid a crash.
