The abuse (by the press and media generally) of the celebrities' rights can be combated though for example:
-limiting the places where the press can go
-limiting the kind of stories that can be published (so nothing about the person's family)
-protecting health records
-protecting the members of the family, especially underage members
-giving the person a place to answer any allegations made.
