Example: lets say you chose the number 4,444
The greatest value will be the first 4 because the rest of the fours will turn into zeros and it will just be 4,000 but if we chose ny of the other numbers it would 400 or 40
The least value will be the last four or the second to last. i'm not sure but this is because it will be 40 or 4 when you take the rest of the numbers out.
