I personally would stop and treat the intersection as a 4 way stop. Stop, look both ways, if someone is there before you let them go, if you and someone else gets there at the same time, allow the person on your right to go first. But most importantly, be aware of what people around you are doing. You never know what someone else may do. They may not treat the intersection the same way you do.
